Authorization is your responsibility

You may only point the engine at systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. By engaging us you warrant that you hold that authorization, and every run is gated behind a confirmed engagement that records it. Testing without authorization can violate laws such as the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — that exposure is yours.

Defensive use only

The engine exists to prove a weakness and hand back a fix. It is not for piracy, DRM-stripping, data exfiltration, or malware evasion, and we will decline work that reads that way.

No warranty

Security testing is best-effort. Findings, fixes, and re-verification are provided as-is; they augment, and do not replace, an attested human penetration test or your own review.

Engagement terms
